37 year old Kathryn Adell Reed of Fordyce has been charged in circuit court in Dallas County with residential burglary in connection with an incident that occurred May 16, at the home of Kendyl Lyons on Barner Street. When Fordyce police responded to the residence on the report of suspicious activity, they had to climb the fence to access the property and found Reed and her boyfriend Carlos Robinson on the property. Reed was found inside the house. Robinson fled the scene and was later apprehended. A window to the house had been pushed in and the two made entry into the house. Reed told police she thought it would be okay since the home belonged to her cousin. Reed and Robinson are to appear in circuit court to answer to the charges on August 16. Deputy prosecutor Tom Wynne filed the charges on July 13. 21 year old Zachary Hunter Yarberry of Ward, Arkansas is to appear in circuit court in Dallas County today on charges of breaking and entering and theft of property.
