07/07/17  Fordyce School Superintendent Talks About Free School Lunches

 

The Fordyce School District is providing a free summer feeding program beginning this Monday, July 10 through July 27,  Monday through Thursday. The food is available at no cost to anyone under the age of 18. Breakfast is from 7:30-8am and lunch will be served from 11:30am to 12:15. In an earlier interview on KQ-102.3's "South Arkansas Today", Fordyce Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Albert Snow said now that the district is offering free lunch at school, more kids are eating hot lunches in the cafeteria. We asked if the free lunches impacted the district financially.

Dr. Snow will be a guest on "South Arkansas Today"  next week discussing what is happening in the Fordyce School District.
