56 year old James Wilkes “Buck” Byrd of Woodlawn died Sunday at UAMS in Little rock. He was born in Pine Bluff and was a retired auto mechanic.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison with Brother Doney Blackerby officiating. Interment at New Hope Cemetery in Rison. Visitation will be tomorrow evening from 6-8pm at Buie Funeral Home of Rison, who is in charge of arrangements.
