06/02/17  Area Farmers Markets

The Dallas County Farmers Market will open tomorrow at the Dallas County Courthouse. Producers are urged to bring their produce. Crafts and baked goods are also needed. There's no charge for tables, and shelters with electricity are available. The Farmers Market will be open each Tuesday at 4:30 and Saturday morning at 7a.m.

In Cleveland County vendors are welcome to set up tomorrow at Community park in downtown Rison. The grand opening for the market is June 9.  Rison is moving its market day from Thursday afternoons to 5pm on Friday evening.

Farmers Markets in New Edinburg and Woodlawn both begin at 7am on Saturdays. All three markets offer free vendor space for selling produce, crafts and homemade goods.
