05/26/17  Solar Field Under Construction Between Bearden And Holly Springs

A solar field is being constructed off highway 203 between Bearden and Holly Springs, a project of Ouachita Electric Coop. The General Manager of Ouachita Electric Coop, Mark Cayce was in the KQ-102.3 studios last week and talked about his company's involvement in solar power. We asked Cayce how his company benefits in the use of solar power since their business is the sale of electricity.
