66 year old Belinda Carol Riggs of Camden passed away May 18,  in Springdale. Funeral services will be held at 2pm this afternoon at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden with Kent Jobe officiating. Burial at Mt. Horeb Cemetery.

Belinda worked as a dispatcher for the Ouachita and Union County Sheriff's offices. She was an administrator for Assisted Living Homes in Oklahoma and retired from the Museum of Natural Resources at Smackover. Proctor Funeral Home of Camden in charge of arrangements.
