Funeral services for 91 year old Lonnie Vernon Brown of Warren will be held at 2pm tomorrow at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren with Reverend Jerry Carter and Reverend Charles Wooley officiating. Burial at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation is this evening from 6-8pm at Frazer's.

Brown was a WW II veteran. Always a farmer, he grew his own tomato crop until this year. He was the owner of Brown's Feed and Seed in Warren for more than 40 years and later was the manager of the Bradley County Farmer's Coop for another 10 years. He was named the 1999 Bradley County Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year. He was a founding member of the Warren Pink Tomato Auction Marketing Board. He served on the Arkansas Soil Conservation Service Board for many years. Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren in charge of arrangements.
