67 year old Steve Gavin of Pansy died Sunday at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He had been an employee of the Cotton Belt Railroad as a switchman and was enjoying retirement in Pansy.

There will be a memorial service this afternoon at 2 at Prosperity Methodist Church at Pansy with visitation following the service. Griffin Funeral Service of Star City in charge of arrangements.
