05/10/17  Newly Appointed Bearden Councilman Talks About Improving City

Vincent Waller was appointed to serve out the unexpired term of Lois Hopkins representing the ward three-position two position on the Bearden City council. Now that Waller has attended a few meetings he expressed what his main concerns for improvement of the city are.

The sewer project is underway in Bearden and is expected to take about four years to complete. Work has started on south Poplar and 3^rd street.
