05/02/17  National Day Of Prayer Thursday

This Thursday, May 4, will mark the 66^th annual National Day of Prayer. In Dallas County a special service will be held at noon at the Dallas County Courthouse Gazebo.

In Ouachita County, Judge Robbie McAdoo says the National Day of Prayer service will be held at noon Thursday with special music, prayers for unity and recognition of leaders. City, county and local leaders are invited to come participate. There will be free hot dogs and hamburgers served at the conclusion of the service.

In Cleveland County, area residents are encouraged to gather on the steps of the Cleveland County Courthouse at noon. Pastor Ike Mohr of Rison United Methodist Church will be leading the proceedings in thoughts and prayers for the community, the county the state and nation.
