04/28/17  23 Year Old Woman Dies In Two Vehicle Crash

 

A 23 year old Hot Springs woman died in a two car crash in Garland County yesterday on U.S. 70-east at Beulah Road. According to a State Police report, a 2008 Cadillac STS, driven by Melody Boling of Hot Springs, west bound on U.S. 70-east, went out of control and entered into the eastbound lane in front of a 2014 Ford Van driven by 28 year old William Morgan of Hensley.

Hensley's van struck the passengers side of the Cadillac. Boling was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by chief deputy coroner Jayson Neighbors at 1:57pm. It was raining at the time of the crash and the roadway wet. Trooper First Class Brandon Margis of the State Police investigated.

It was Arkansas' 153rd traffic fatality of the year and the 142nd accident investigated by the State Police this year.
