04/21/17  Motorcyclist Dies on I-40

A 57 year old Lexa, Arkansas man died in a motorcycle accident Thursday night on I-40 westbound at mile marker 283 in Crittenden County. According to a State Police report, a 2014 Victory motorcycle, ridden by Marty Byers of Lexa was traveling west on I-40 in the center lane and left the road to the right side, coming to rest on its right side on the shoulder of the road.

Byers died at the scene of the crash. Weather conditions were clear..roadway dry at the time of the crash Thursday night at 7:44. State Police Corporal James Collins investigated.
