04/13/17  Fordyce Offering Bonus For New Teachers

In his report to Fordyce School District patrons recently on KQ-102.3's South Arkansas Today, Fordyce School Superintendent Dr. Albert Snow says test preparation is  underway at the schools at present.

He said at the school board meeting earlier this week,  board members voted to offer an incentive for prospective teachers to choose Fordyce schools.

Snow says there are currently 4 positions to be filled at the high school level in the district. He said several schools around the state are offering signing bonuses, including Camden Fairview, who's offering a $1,000.00 signing bonus. At Fordyce, the offer is $1,500.00.
