04/05/17  Scammers Active In Dallas County

Beware of scammers they're active in Dallas county and probably all over the state, according to Dallas County Chief Deputy Josh McMullen. In a recent interview McMullen talked about scams that have occurred in the county, including one that's under investigation.

McMullen said another favorite scam is ”guess what..you won the lottery”.

If you have questions about scams, call the Dallas County Sheriff's office or if you've received suspicious calls, report them so they can be investigated.
