03/29/17  Bearden District Court

 

Numerous cases were heard by District Judge Dan Ives in District Court in Bearden on the March 16.  Amy Caldwell of Bearden had her court date re-scheduled for next months court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license, 2nd offense, failure to appear and theft of services.

Trayton Davis of Bearden had his case rescheduled for next month. He's charged with driving with no license, no liability insurance and displaying fictitious tags on his vehicle.

Amanda Foust of Camden failed to appear in court on charges of theft of property shoplifting at Dollar General, the judge set her bond at $750.00.

Misty Hargis of Bearden, charged with theft of property was given $200.00 credit on jail time served, ordered to pay $100.00 per month until her fine is paid.

William Henderson of Fordyce on February 12 was stopped by Bearden Police and charged with DWI, 2nd offense and driving on a suspended license. He paid $60.00 the day of court and still owes $1,020.00. He Was ordered to pay $50.00 a week until the fine is paid.

John McClain of Bearden, charged with 2nd offense driving on a suspended license had his case re-scheduled for next month.
