03/23/17  Unsung Hero Nominations Are In For Bearden Senior Citizens Coffee Club

The Bearden Sr. Citizens Coffee Club is sponsoring an awards-recognition program April 22, at 6pm at Assembly of God's Christian Life Center in Bearden. The Club was seeking nominations for unsung heroes-heroines, civic leaders, volunteers in the community, pastors, educators and youth in the community deserving of recognition. Pearly Newton, on KQ-102.3's  "Bearden Brunch Bunch"  broadcast yesterday said nominations for recognition ended on March 17, and she named those who have been nominated.
