52 year old Freeman Earl Green of Camden has been charged in Ouachita County Circuit Court in Camden with aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. Green is alleged to have threatened to kill another man during an argument over money. The 13th Judicial Prosecuting Attorney's office filed the charges against Green on March 10.

55 year old Robert E. Mitchell of Camden has been charged in Circuit Court in Camden with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Mitchell has three previous convictions on the DWI charge in the past 5 years. He was also charged with driving left of center and driving on a suspended DL. The charges were the result of a traffic stop in Camden The charges against Mitchell were filed in circuit court on March 9.

26 year old Cameron A. Gallagher of Camden has been charged in circuit court in Ouachita County with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battery. The charges came as the result of an incident on February 9,  in which Gallagher fought with his brother and is charged with assaulting his girl friend and chocking her.

30 year old Kristen A. White of Magnolia has been charged with 14 felony counts pertaining to forgery and fraud. According charges filed against White in circuit court in Camden, on January 21 White's parents, Andrew and Renee Cude of Camden reported to the Ouachita county Sheriff's office that their daughter Kristen had stolen Mrs. Cude's check book and his Wal-Mart Master Card. Cude said his daughter charged about $1,500.00 on the credit card and wrote numerous checks on his wife's account. White is charged with 12 counts of forgery, one count of theft of property and one count of fraudulent use of a credit card. Her case has been bound over to Ouachita county circuit court. White paid $10,000.00 bond and was released.
