86 year old James E. “Ed” Clay of Camden died Friday. He served in the U.S. Army as an MP at Kileen Base, Texas for two years. After serving his country, he worked and retired from International Paper Company Bagpak Division as Customer Service Manager. After retirement, he owned Ed's Small Engine repair and sold small engines for lawn equipment.

Funeral services will be held this morning at 10:30 at Cullendate First Baptist Church with Dr. Wade Totty officiating. Burial at Lakeside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church before the service from 9:30 till 10:30. Proctor Funeral Home of Camden in charge of arrangements.
