79 year old Master Sergeant Joel Leon Allen, U.S. Army retired, of Pine Bluff died Sunday. For over 20 years, Sergeant Allen served in the U.S. Army. For 20 years after his retirement, he worked for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Visitation is Friday beginning at 1:30 at Fuller-Hale-South Funeral Chapel with funeral services to follow at 2:30 with Billy Hillman officiating. Interment at Cypress Memorial Gardens will full military honors. Fuller Hale South Funeral Home of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
