Top notch customer service will be the topic of a small business training workshop tomorrow from 11am to 1pm. The workshop will be held at the OPED building on Adams Avenue in Camden at the Camden Accelerated Business services center. Participants will learn how to exceed customer's expectations, handle unhappy customers and create a culture of top-notch customer service. The workshop is free.
