03/08/17  Sex Offender Case In Dallas County

A Harrison man has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender. According to information filed in Dallas County Circuit court, 22 year old Kerry Lynn Ray of Harrison, Arkansas had not notified the proper authorities as to his correct address.

Records indicated that Ray had not registered since 2015. He'll appear in Dallas County Circuit Court March 15.
