02/16/17  Tonight's Seymore Weathers Benefit Fish Fry Sold Out

The fund raising fish fry for Seymore Weathers has been sold out, according to Layne Parham, administrative assistant to Fordyce Mayor John McNichol. As of today 700 tickets had been sold for the benefit catfish dinner for Seymore Weathers, photographer for the Fordyce News Advocate.

Weathers recently underwent back surgery and has gone through rehab and is still not completely recovered. The benefit dinner is to help defray medical expenses incurred by Weathers for his surgery and rehab.  The dinner will be held at the Fordyce Civic Center and serving will start at 4:30.  If you have questions, contact Layne Parham at city hall in Fordyce.
