02/13/17  4th Annual Homesteading Conference Coming To Rison

Britt Talent of Rison reports in the Cleveland County Herald that the 4^th annual South Arkansas Homesteading Conference will be held Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1 at Pioneer Village in Rison.

The two-day event will feature a variety of educational sessions and demonstrations on various topics related to achieving a self-sufficient, sustainable lifestyle.

The conference will open at 11am on Friday, followed by a Friends of Pioneer Village fund raiser supper at 6pm that will be open to the public. The conference opens on Saturday morning at 8am with a full day of sessions and demonstrations, wrapping up around 3pm. For more information, call 870-325-6412.
