02/10/17  Ticket Sales Continue For Weathers Benefit Fish Fry

If you plan to attend the Seymore Weathers benefit fish fry on February 16 at the Fordyce Civic Center, you better get your ticket now. According to Mayor John MacNichol's  administrative assistant, Layne Parham, there's only about 50 to 75 tickets remaining. No tickets will be available at the door.

Weathers who recently underwent back surgery for the removal of a tumor on his spinal column has undergone extensive therapy and is slowly regaining his ability to walk and get around on his own.

Tickets for the fish fry are available at city hall at the Mayor's office at FBT Bank and Mortgage and Heartland Banks. Tickets are $11.00 each. All the proceeds go to help pay for Seymore's medical expenses.
