02/07/17  Criminal Mischief In Ouachita County

On Saturday, Ouachita County Deputy Anthony Nicholson took a report on  the phone referencing a criminal mischief incident. Robert Mitchell, who resides on highway 376 south at Camden,  stated he had rented his house in Stephens, to 45 year old Parrish Brooks.

He said Brooks had been renting the house for two months. Mitchell said when he went to check the property, all the windows were broken out, all the wiring torn out and every room in the home was destroyed.

Mitchell estimated the damage at from $4,000.00 to $5,000.00.  Mitchell was advised that a report would be on file along with affidavit and warrant procedures for District Court.
