62 year old James Michael Stanfield of Pine Bluff died at his home on Friday. He was a Pine Bluff Police officer for 28 years, retiring as Deputy Chief in 2005. Stanfield also worked for the Cotton Belt Railroad, currently Union Pacific, for 18 years and was an auctioneer for Robinson Auction Company.

The family will receive friends this evening from 5-7pm at Robinson's. Funeral services tomorrow morning at 10 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Home with Pastor Mack Milner officiating. Burial at Fitzhugh Cemetery.
