01/31/17  Fulton Man Becomes Traffic Fatality 33

 

A Fulton, Arkansas man has become Arkansas' 33 highway traffic fatality of the year. According to State Police, the fatal crash occurred early yesterday morning in Miller County.

A 1996 Ford Van, being driven westbound on I-30 by 32 year old James Q. Adams of Fulton, went out of control, left the road at mile marker 8, ran into the median and overturned. Adams was then ejected from the van.

Miller County Coroner Eddie Hawkins pronounced Adams dead at the scene of the accident. Weather conditions were clear, the roadway dry at the time of the crash yesterday morning at 1:22am. Corporal John Talley of the State Police investigated.
