78 year old Joe E. Rogers of Pine Bluff died on Friday. He was a life long resident of Pine Bluff and founded Rogers Sheet Metal in 1971, and owned and operated it until his retirement in 1985. Graveside services are private. Arrangements by Roselawn Funeral Service of Pine Bluff.
