71 year old James W. Osburn of Vick, Arkansas died Monday at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. He was a retired employee with the Arkansas State Medical Examiner's Office and a retired Bradley County Sheriff's deputy. A Vietnam War veteran, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 at Frazer's Chapel in Warren with visitation from noon until time of service. Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren in charge of arrangements.
