01/19/17  Fordyce Police Blotter

According to Fordyce Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, Fordyce police officers made a total of 12 arrests between the dates of January 9 and January 16.

January 11, officer McKinney cited Janice Green of Fordyce with violation of the hot check law.

On January 12, Mrytle L. Grandy of Fordyce was cited by officer McKinney with contempt. Five people were cited by Fordyce police officers for failure to appear in court.  They were, Sean E. Lea of Kingsland, Ricky A. Williams of Camden, Damien Mitchell of Fordyce, Jimmy Decole Rivers of Camden and Jennifer R. Fantini of Magnolia.

January 16, officer Bryce McKinney cited Willie Ernest Bryant of Sparkman with improper display, driving on a suspended license and no child restraint.

Three people were cited for failure to pay fines, they were Robert E. May of Thornton, Artina Melisa Beall of Fordyce and Myrtle Grandy of Fordyce.
