73 year old James “Jim” Glass of Fordyce passed away Jan 11. He had a long career as a registered investment and securities representative for A.L. Williams. Jim joined the Arkansas Army National Guard in 1963 and was commissioned as a 2^nd Lieutenant in 1967 and attained the rank of Lt. Colonel, serving over 28 years in various duty assignments within the Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi National Guard.

The family will receive friends today from 1-2pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with funeral services to follow at 2pm at Benton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at Stoney Point Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
