01/12/17   Ouachita County Extension Offers Get Fit Program

The “Get Fit” program is being offered through the Ouachita County Extension Service. It used to be called the “Strong Man Strong Woman” Class. Keri Welch Ouachita County Extension agent, on KQ-102.3's "Bearden Brunch Bunch",  yesterday said the program is being headed up by Addie Wilson family-consumer affairs agent.
