In District Court in Bearden on December 15, Kiayru Holman of Fordyce, charged with obstruction of government operations was ordered to pay $260.00.

Michael Scott Arnold of Bearden, charged with failure to appear and criminal trespass was given $245.00 credit on his fine for time served.

Shirley Betts of Camden, charged with possession of an instrument of crime had her bond set at $485.00 and her hearing rescheduled for Jan 17.

Amy Caldwell of Bearden had fines against her totaling $755.00, was given credit for time served and her fine was declared paid.

Larichia Canada of Camden, fined $120.00 for failure to present registration, paid $60.00 on her fine.

Christy Garcia of Sparkman failed to appear in court on a charge of possession of an instrument of crime, her bond was set at $500.00.

DeMarcus Johnson of Carthage did not appear in court on a charge of driving on expired tags and failure to have liability insurance. His bond was set at $500.00.

Nigel Lambert of Bearden was given $810.00 credit by the court on a  possession charge, $265.00 credit on a failure to appear charge and a credit of $265.00 for contempt of court. The charges were dropped for time served.

Dwight Neeley of Bearden, charged with driving on a suspended drivers license, no vehicle tags, no proof of insurance and failure to register his vehicle. Court records indicate that Neeley has $60.00 to pay.

Ricky Pennington of Bearden, charged with possession and fleeing in October had his appearance in district court reset for Jan 17.

Steve Richmond of Fordyce, charged in October with driving on a suspended license, careless driving, no proof of insurance, fleeing by vehicle and on foot, obstruction of governmental operations, failure to yield at a stop sign, paid a total of $1,905.00 in fines and court costs.

Kenny Rogers of Bearden has still not appeared in court, on December 15,  his bond was set at $1,500.00.

Ruth Ervin of Leola had her case nol prosed on a charge of driving on a suspended license.

Teddy Sparkman of Bearden, charged with failure to pay fines was ordered to pay $60.00 and pay the remaining 245 dollars in community service. He was fined $195.00 on a charge of driving on a suspended license, ordered to pay by community service. The judge took the case under advisement for 90 days and will review it later.
