12/21/16   Fordyce Man Charged In Rogers Burglary

A 19 year old Fordyce man has been charged in the burglary of Roderick Rogers in Fordyce on December 13. Fordyce police officer Mark Hopkins arrested Jacody Latrell Ross and charged him with residential burglary, theft of a firearm and theft of property over one thousand dollars in value.

On December 13, burglars broke into Rogers' home and took all the Christmas gifts, jewelry, guns, TV'S and computers. According to an earlier report from Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn a juvenile was taken into custody shortly after the burglary and more arrests were forthcoming.
