12/13/16   Early Today Accident On I-30 Raises Death Toll To 510

Arkansas recorded its 510 traffic fatality early this morning in Little Rock.  According to a preliminary State Police report., 40 year old Antonious D. Williams of Little Rock died when he was struck by a vehicle as Williams attempted to cross I-30 at Scott Hamilton on foot.

The report states an unidentified motorist..driving a 2001 Chevrolet..heading east on I-30 struck Williams as he was attempting to cross the interstate to the south. It was raining and the roadway was wet at the time of the accident shortly after midnight. Corporal Lecury McCray of the state police investigated.
