12/09/16   London Man Dies In One Vehicle Accident

A 22 year old London, Arkansas man died in a one car crash on Thursday at the 83 exit ramp off I-40. According to a preliminary state police report..Beau Dunn of London was traveling westbound on I-40..taking the 83 exit. Dunn's 2005 Nissan left the road, striking a sign, trees and several embankments.

The report states that Dunn's vehicle was rotating in a manner that caused both the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle to hit trees. It finally came to rest on the drivers side. 25 year old Clara Henry of London, a passenger in the vehicle was taken to UAMS for treatment of her injuries. Her condition was unknown at the time of the report.

Weather conditions were clear, the roadway dry at the time of the crash at 6:58pm Thursday evening. State Trooper Matthew K. Foster investigated. It was Arkansas' 507th highway fatality.
