12/09/16   Area Christmas Church Programs

Several area churches have planned special Christmas programs at their churches. Southside Baptist Church on the bypass in Fordyce will be presenting their annual Christmas Cantata titled “The Light of Bethlehem”, this Sunday morning beginning at 9:45. Everyone is invited to attend.

First United Methodist in Fordyce will present “O Holy Night” by the chancel choir, hand bell and children's choirs. It will be held Sunday night at 7pm.

First Baptist Church in Fordyce will present “Joy of Every Longing Heart” by the chancel choir on Sunday, December 18 at 6pm.

Thornton First Baptist Church is presenting “The First Noel” by the sanctuary and children's choirs. It will be held Saturday and Sunday evenings at 6pm.

Another church with a special musical event is Kingsland First Baptist Church. The Lisemby Family will be in concert Sunday morning beginning at 10:45 at Kingsland First Baptist.
