The former owner-operator of the Trotline Inn in White Hall has died. 77 year old Theo “Sonny” Ferguson passed away Monday. Sonny retired as a salesman from Capital Pride Meat Company and had been the owner-operator of the Trotline Inn in White Hall.

He was a member of the White Hall Volunteer Fire Department and helped start the Merchants and Planters, which later became the Chamber of Commerce.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 this afternoon in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Home with Rev David Mitchell officiating. Burial at Redfield Cemetery. Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
