11/18/16   Thornton Christmas Parade Slated For December 3

The 5^th annual Thornton Christmas Parade will be held Saturday, December 3 beginning at 2pm. According to Levenis Penix of Step by Step of Thornton, his organization is working in conjunction with the City of Thornton soliciting entrants for the  parade in order to create excitement and make it more interesting and  entertaining.

The overall theme for this year's parade is “The Reason for the Season” and parade categories include: Best Float, Best Christmas Spirit Float, Best Antique Car and Best Individual Entry, whatever that might be. This year's parade will line up at the Thornton Post Office.
