11/16/16   Ouachita County Sets Record For Early Voting But Not Election Day

The votes in Ouachita County will be certified by the election commission this Friday. Ouachita County Clerk Britt Williford said a record was set for early voting but not the regular election.

Williford explained why the electoral college is so important for rural areas of the country.

Williford said there were no major problems during the voting process.
