11/08/16   Early Voting Numbers Up

As of yesterday afternoon, a total of 1,299 early votes had ben cast in Dallas County, of that number 42 ballots were absentee.

Ouachita County Clerk Britt Williford reported that a total of 4,801 early votes had been counted as of 3:30 yesterday afternoon. Williford said that's well ahead of voting in 2012.

Here are the voting places in Dallas county. Voting takes place from 7:30am till 7:30pm.

In Fordyce, for JP 1,2 and 3 voting takes place at First Baptist Church. For JP 4 and 5, voting takes place at Beech Grove Baptist Church on West 4^th. 

Those in JP district 6 vote at the Carthage Community building.

JP 7 district voters vote at the Sparkman Community Building on Main street.

JP dist 8 voters will vote at Pine Grove Community Building, Highway 128 at New Hope.

JP district 9 voters will vote at Zion Baptist Church, highway 229.

In Bearden, voting will take place at the Launius Community Building on 3^rd Street.
