11/07/16   Gilcrest Obit

 87 year old Glenn Thomas Gilcrest of Pine Bluff died November 2. He served in the Korean War. After his service he obtained his master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and went to work for Genral Dynamics in the Convair division as a design engineer.

He moved to Pine Bluff in 1971 to work at the Pine Bluff Arsenal as en engineer,  retiring in 1995. After retirement he contined to work as a volunteer at the PB Litearcy Council, a Master Gardener in the extension service and a van driver for veterans traveling to the VA in Little Rock.

Funeral services will be held this morning at 10 at Fuller Hale South Funeral Chapel with Bro Bill Kiggins officiating. Fuller Hale South Funeral Home of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
