11/07/16   Louisana Man Dies In Headon Crash In Jefferson County

 A Louisiana man died and two other people were injured as the result of a head-on crash on Highway 365, south of Redfield in Jefferson County on Friday night.

According to a preliminary State Police report, a 20916 Nissan Versa, driven by 21 year old David W. Graham of Jennings, Louisiana, was northbound on 365, and a 2014 Chevy Malibu, driven by 28 year old Ashlie N. Wafford of Whitehall was headed south on 365, when, Wafford's vehicle crossed the centerline and struck Graham's head-on.

Graham died in the crash. Wafford and a passenger in Graham's car, 31 year old Ethan J. Acevedo of Kinder, Louisiana were taken to UAMS for treatment. Weather conditions were clear, the roadway dry at the time of the crash at 6:45 Friday night. State Trooper Taylor Woods investigated the crash.
