11/03/16   Woman Struck And Killed And Left At Scene

42 year old Crystal Davis of Rosston in Nevada County died Tuesday night after she was apparently struck and killed by a vehicle that fled the scene of the crash.

State Police responded to a location along Arkansas Highway 200, two miles east of Rosston, about 10:45 Tuesday night. Special agents of the state police Criminal Investigation Division and troopers assigned to the Highway Patrol Division are working together to investigate the crash and identify a possible suspect vehicle and driver.

Davis' body was transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for determination of a precise manner and cause of death as well as to remove any forensic  evidence that might be found on the body.
