10/26/16   Bearden District Court

 

District Court Judge Dan Ives held court on October 20 at City Hall in Bearden. Several cases ere presented.  Arnold Michael Scott of Bearden, charged with criminal trespass and failure to appear, didn't appear again. The judge set cash bond at $750.00.

Marcus Brown of Thornton failed to appear in court on charges of driving with no liability insurance, failure to transfer registration and driving on a suspended license, 2nd offense. The judge set cash bond for Brown at $1,000.00.

Corey Clayton of Chidester failed to appear in court on a speeding violation. Judge Ives set cash bond for him at $400.00 and his license was suspended.

Gary Hooker of Camden, charged with failure to pay fines had his court date reset for November 17.

Jorge Javier of Bearden paid $465.00 in fines and court costs on a traffic violation.

Johnny Link of Bearden paid a total of $775.00 in fines and court costs on several traffic violations and failure to appear.

Gregory McCarter of Bearden failed to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended drivers license. Judge Ives set his cash bond at $500.00.

James Ragan of El Dorado had his court date reset to November 17,  since he's in jail.

Kenny Rogers of Bearden, who's currently in the Ouachita County Detention Center was to appear in court on a failure to appear charge, his court date was reset to November 17.

Christopher Vaughn of Sparkman failed to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license, no seat belt or liability insurance and displaying fictitious tags. His cash bond was set at $1,100.00.

Tommy Walker of Fordyce, charged with driving on a suspended license was ordered to pay $195.00 in fines and court costs.

Tina Sample of Sparkman paid $485.00 on a theft of property charge.

Linda Warnack of Bearden had her fine reduced by $60.00 and was ordered to pay $140.00 by November 1,  on a charge of obstruction of government operations.
