10/24/16   One New Candidate For Bearden School Board November 8

There will be one new candidate on the ballot on November 8 for election to the Bearden School Board. Bearden Superintendent Denny Rozenberg says there are four unopposed candidates.

Rozenberg says as far as he knows Bearden is the only school district in the area, maybe the state, that has school board election on Election Day.

Rozenberg says enrollment at Bearden is down somewhat this year, but still well above the 350 student requirement.
