10/21/16   Mass Flu Shots Coming To Fordyce And Bearden

According to Dallas County Health Unit Director Donna Ferguson, the mass flu clinic in Fordyce will be held next Friday at Beech Grove Baptist Church from 7:30am till 5pm.

In Bearden, flu shots for elementary and high school students will be administered November 1.  At the elementary school, shots will be given at the elementary meeting room. At the high school, students can get shots at the library. The flu clinic at Bearden schools will begin at 7:35 Tuesday morning. Students must turn in their completed forms to receive the shots. Anyone who has not yet filled out a form can pick one up at the elementary or high school office. Deadline for  turning in the forms is Wednesday, October 26.
