 Four felony cases were filed for prosecution in Dallas County Circuit Court on October 6.

51 year old Oscar Edward Moore of Fordyce was charged on August 12 with theft by receiving. Moore is charged in the theft of several items, valued at over $1,000.00, taken from a residence occupied by Brian Taylor at 2408 Ferris Mt. Road.

23 year old Jarrett Boyd Cole of Fordyce was charged by Fordyce Police on August 11,  with residential burglary and theft of property. Gary Jones at 306 Brewster told police he saw Cole run through his backyard the night of August 10, the next morning Jones discovered several things were missing valued at over $1,000.00. Police later recovered some of the stolen items.

49 year old Holli Paige Jones of Fordyce was charged on September 20 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth. Her arrest by Fordyce Police came after police were called to 634 Cherry Bark Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

30 year old Michael Lamar Morris of Fordyce on August 27 was charged by Fordyce police with possession of marijuana with the purpose to deliver and tampering with physical evidence. The arrest was made following a traffic stop in Fordyce. The arresting officer saw Morris throw a backpack from his vehicle as he was being pulled over. That backpack was full of marijuana.

Charges against all four were filed in Circuit Court in Dallas County by deputy prosecuting attorney for the 13th Judicial District, Tom Wynne.
