56 year old Debbie Scroggins of Monticello died Tuesday at the Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. For a number of years she worked for Gulf Publishing Company in Houston, Texas.

Visitation is this Friday evening from 6-8pm at Life Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 at Life Church in Monticello..burial in Oakland Cemetery in Warren. Arrangements by Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren.
