10/03/16   Volunteers Needed For Bearden Food Bank

A Food Bank has been established in Bearden, located next to the Superintendent's office in the old middle school building. Jana McWhorter, who teaches at Bearden High School is one of the people instrumental in getting the Food Bank started.

McWhorter says volunteers are needed to help. She says anyone who wants to volunteer or wants to apply for food assistance can go on line and get an application form.
